Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can’t cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you’ve selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using "Standard Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Plushloom is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • United States: 7–15 Business days

  • Canada, Europe: 7–15 Business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 7–15 Business days

  • Central & South America: 15–25 Business days

  • Asia: 7–15 Business days

  • Africa: 15–30 Business days

Max delivery time – 20 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at plushloom.store@gmail.com
